IOS Developer
Summary: The Software Programmer – Mobile (iOS Developer) works with a team of highly skilled associates and managers to maintain, implement, and analyze technical systems.
Work Hours:Monday – Friday 8:00Am/9:00Am - 5:00 PM/6:00 PM
Compensation: The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $69,960 to $86,925 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Provides accurate status on programming solutions.
- Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science with an emphasis on software development.
- 1-3 years of direct software programming experience and expertise in mobile application development.
- iOS Mobile Development using Swift
- Experience with iOS frameworks, third-party libraries, and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Good understanding of Human Interface concepts and best practices
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Strong analytical skills; must have the ability to understand how to analyze and evaluate data.
- Ability to communicate with users of all levels of experience, and to work creatively, and effectively to produce results.
- Self-starter with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Knowledge of common business practices, supply-chain, accounting, human resources, and/or inventory management would be a plus.
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, constructive criticism and feedback.
- Familiarity with various aspects of programming including layout, usability, code, graphic design, software, and related technologies.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility to accommodate changing priorities.
Salary Range:$85,000-$95,000. Estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $100,000 and $120,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
