Product Promoter (Kitchen & Bath)
Summary: The Product Promoter for the Kitchen & Bath Segment is responsible for promoting MSI’s countertop, cabinetry, tile, and accessory solutions to designers, remodelers, and contractors. This role focuses on driving product awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales through engaging presentations and showroom experiences.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and guided showroom tours for trade professionals.
- Organize and lead lunch-and-learn sessions to educate clients on MSI products and solutions.
- Assist in developing project specifications that align with client requirements, design intent, and budget constraints.
- Support marketing initiatives by maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing showroom displays.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and timely client follow-ups.
- Represent MSI at industry events and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and build professional relationships.
Additionally, the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- One (1) plus years of experience in product promotion, sales, or a related role within the building materials industry.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
