The home is curated with some of the most beautiful products MSI has to offer, ranging from quartz to natural stone, selected by award-winning designer, Lorraine Enwright of Intuitive Dwellings by Enwright Design.
Serenbe is nestled among acres of preserved forests and meadows with miles of nature trails that connect homes and restaurants with arts and businesses located in Chattahoochee Hills, just south of the city and a quick 30 minutes from our Atlanta showroom which is home to a beautiful climate-controlled state of the art flooring, wall tile showroom and distribution center, featuring a huge slab selection area, and hardscaping assortment. MSI’s facility features hundreds of quartz, granite, marble and, other natural stone slab countertops available for all of your project needs. Additionally, we carry a wide variety of backsplash tile and floor tile selections, including porcelain and ceramic, luxury vinyl tile, mosaics, wall tile, and natural stone. The 7th Annual Show House is a custom three-bedroom home designed by Serenbe Planning & Design and built by award-winning builder South Haven with interior selections by Lorraine Enwright of Intuitive Dwellings, lead Show House designer. Eight of Atlanta’s top interior designers will be featured throughout the home, from the quintessential covered front porch, through the expansive foyer with light-filled ceilings, to the screened back porch.

The 2020 Serenbe Designer Show House is open for tours September 10 – October 4, Thursday-Sunday, 10am to 4pm with Private Tours available for bookings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Find your tickets at serenbeshowhouse.com.Tickets will be sold in two daily time periods, morning and afternoon. Masks or face coverings will be required while visiting. Guests are asked to maintain safe distances of 6 feet or more during tours. All health measures can be found.
