OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
The safety of our employees and their family, our customers, and our vendor partners are paramount above all else. As we all learn more about the novel coronavirus, and the disease it causes (COVID-19), we will continue to do our part to limit its spread. We’ve implemented major changes across all of our distribution centers and showrooms, including strict social distance guidelines, eliminating all gatherings and in-person meetings, providing masks for all employees and visitors, enhanced cleaning and sanitizing, work from home policies, and modified work schedules. As local law requires, we also limit the number of visitors we can accommodate at any given time.

All of our distribution centers continue to operate and are available for customer pickups or deliveries. Our showrooms are either fully open or on an appointment-only basis. Please check our locations page for specific location details.

FACE COVERINGS DURING YOUR VISIT
For your safety and ours, we require all employees to wear face coverings while on MSI premises. Customers coming to our showrooms are also required to wear face coverings. If you do not have a face covering, MSI will provide a free, single use face mask for everyone in your party. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from safely wearing a face mask, please call your local branch to discuss how we can best accommodate you in advance of your visit.

SCREENING PRIOR TO IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS
We have implemented enhanced screening of all employees, customers, and visitors who come to an MSI facility. When you check in for your appointment, you will be asked to answer a series of questions prior to the start of your appointment. Your honest participation in this process is critical to maintaining everyone’s wellbeing during this time. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions below, we may not be able to proceed with an in-person appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please call your MSI Representative in advance of your arrival.

1. Have you or anyone in your party had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days?

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Sudden fatigue
  • Unexplained muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Trouble breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion
  • Inability to wake or stay awake
  • Bluish lips or face

2. Have you or anyone in your party cared for or lived in the same dwelling with someone who has demonstrated any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days?

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Sudden fatigue
  • Unexplained muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Trouble breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion
  • Inability to wake or stay awake
  • Bluish lips or face

3. Have you or anyone in your party had close contact (within 6 feet) with, cared for, or lived in the same dwelling as someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?

4. Have you or anyone in your party been tested for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?

5. Have you or anyone in your party traveled outside of the US, Canada, or Mexico in the last 14 days?
