MSI #DesignedwithMSI Contest – Official Rules

  1. Eligibility:

    • This #DesignedwithMSI Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    • Void where prohibited by law.
    • Employees of M S International, Inc. (“MSI”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

  2. How to Enter:

    • Follow @MSISurfaces on Instagram.
    • Post a photo/reel on Instagram featuring your favorite MSI product in your home or project.
    • Tag @MSISurfaces and include the hashtag #DesignedwithMSI in your caption. Entries must be posted during the Contest Period (see below).

  3. Contest Period:

    • The Contest begins at 12 AM EST on October 20th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on November 2nd, 2025. (the “Contest Period”).
    • All entries must be received within the Contest Period to be eligible.

  4. Winner Selection and Notification:

    • Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
    • Winners will be notified via direct message from @MSISurfaces within 5 days after the Contest ends.
    • Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

  5. Prizes:

    • Each winner will receive one $250 Visa gift card.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at MSI’s discretion.

  6. General Conditions:

    • By entering, participants agree to allow MSI to repost, share, and otherwise use their submitted content for promotional purposes, with credit.
    • MSI is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete entries, or unauthorized human intervention.
    • Photos must be original, owned by you, and feature an actual MSI product. AI-generated images, renderings, or stock photos will not be accepted.
    • MSI reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud or other issues compromise the integrity of the contest.
    • By participating, you agree to release MSI from any liability related to the Contest.
