Implementation Coordinator
Summary: The Implementation Coordinator rolls out/implements new projects and application updates; observes and assists Team Members across various branches; and assesses application effectiveness, summarizes issues, and shares improvement recommendations to the Business Process Analyst Team. During onsite visits, the Implementation Coordinator spends time with Team Members and teaches or advises as needed along with observing how teams use the systems and any pain points they face in their daily activities. They should build relationships with Team Members to encourage the Team to reach out to the Implementation Coordinator with questions and advice even if the Implementation Coordinator is not on site. The Implementation Coordinator should be a Subject Matter Expert in the applications used by the Team Members and will take the lead in rolling out new enhancements and acting as the primary point of contact post-rollout. When the Implementation Coordinator is not traveling, they should assist with summarizing opportunities they observed during their travel, highlighting areas where training should be improved or where applications can be improved, and should recommend changes and help with brainstorming solutions. The primary responsibilities for this position include performing, observing and analyzing performance, training, webinars and demonstrations for web-based and mobile applications, and recommending solutions for issues that come up.
Work Hours: Monday to friday 9:00 Am to 6:00 PM
Compensation: The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Work directly with frontline Team Members across different departments in the effective use of existing applications and the rollout of new business processes.
- Serve as primary point of contact with departments on the progress of implemented applications.
- Create and maintain training documentation for business processes.
- Assess the effectiveness of applications through branch visits and running reports on system usage/compliance.
- Make recommendations for process enhancements or training opportunities based on branch visits and running reports on system usage/compliance.
- Help ensure new system requirements, enhancements, and changes are tested and delivered in a timely manner.
- Other tasks may include: support other project testing as needed, running reports, holding recurring training session/webinars and pulling data from the system for audits, making recommendations to the development team to improve the system.
- Travel 25-50% within across various branches
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Self-driven, “can do” attitude Flexible Adaptable.
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization skills.
- The ability to work with a variety of work styles.
- Proficient in the Microsoft office suite of products.
- Ability to work independently without much supervision.
- Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.
Salary Range: $66,000-$75,000. Estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $70,000 and $90,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
